How does DPS work?

1. Choose how many screens and speakers you would like at your location.

We have a wide selection of screen sizes and types to choose from as well as various speaker options for background music. You choose how many areas you would like to have screens in as well as how many screens you would like in those areas. Decide on the size of the screen you want in each area.

2. Get a quote and specifications for the install.

Once you provide the number of playback points and speaker options you would like, we will provide you with a quote for the hardware and labor for the job as well as details about the power, networking, and structural needs for mounting the displays and any speakers you have chosen.

3. Confirm everything is in place and operational.

Once you’ve confirmed that you wish to proceed and all contracts are in place, we can schedule the install. You will need to ensure that the install points have the structural framing completed, proper circuit breakers and outlet count is in place, and that the networking cables have been run to each area. Our techs will install the players, mount the screens and speakers, and ensure the players and audio systems are operating correctly. Our techs will go through a checklist with you to confirm everything is in place and operating as desired.

4. We provide ongoing monitoring of the equipment.

Once the install is complete, we will monitor the equipment and help your on-site staff resolve any issues that may arise over time.
